1. Overview & Platform Role

GoDigiStore presents digital products from independent creators. Each product page identifies the product, format, price shown on this site, and the linked checkout provider. The creator or checkout provider is responsible for checkout, payment processing, and delivery. A purchase is also subject to the creator's and checkout provider's terms shown before payment.

2. Product Information & License

Digital products are licensed, not sold. The license and permitted uses are stated on the relevant product and checkout pages. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, it is for personal use only. Do not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the file or access link.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original asset files as a standalone product.
  • Use the product in a way that infringes copyright, misrepresents its source, or violates law.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright notices or attribution embedded within source files.

4. Refund Policy

Because digital content can be accessed immediately, a refund may not be available after delivery or access. If a file is unavailable, materially different from its description, or you have a checkout issue, contact support@godigistore.com within 7 days and include your order receipt. We will review the issue and direct you to the responsible creator or checkout provider where appropriate. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the GoDigiStore platform for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, or to upload, post, or transmit any harmful or malicious content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided for general informational, educational, or creative purposes. We do not promise any particular personal, professional, financial, health, spiritual, or other outcome from their use. Vastu and astrology content reflects traditional beliefs and is not a substitute for professional architectural, legal, medical, financial, or other advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDigiStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
